Q: What do i need to submit my proposal form?
A: Please make sure you have the following information on hand before you proceed to submit your proposal form.
  • Firm's 2011 Mandatory Schedule
  • Details of Legal Practitioners (Name, BC Membership Number, Position and previous practice details if any)
  • Number of Non-admitted staff
  • Firms gross annual legal fees billed for 2010 and estimates for 2011
  • Breakdown of the Fees based on nature of work
  • Claims Experience and notifiable circumstances
  • Topup options
 
Q: Why am I not able to view the website properly?
A: Please make sure the machine you are using to submit the Proposal Form meets the following minimum requirements:

Q: Why do I need to provide my contact details?
A: Your contact details will be used only by JLT for contacting you if we need more information for the Proposal Form. It is important that you provide a valid email address as you will receive an email notification to inform you that your Proposal Form submission is successful.
 
Q: Why am I not able to see my Proposal Form on screen for printing?
A: Please make sure your browser's PopUp Blocker is disabled. Click on the below links to learn how to disable PopUp Blocker for your type of browser:

Q: What if I am unable to complete my Proposal Form?
A: You can save your answers on the online Proposal Form and log in again to complete the Proposal Form when you have all the details.
 
Q: What should I do after I have submitted my Proposal Form online?
A: You will receive an email notification to inform you that your Proposal Form has been successfully submitted and received by JLT. Our staff will review the information submitted and contact you if we need more details. If all the information is completed, we will process your invoice before [date].
